Abstract:
The method for producing a display device according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) inserting semiconductor light-emitting elements into a first chamber filled with a fluid, and transporting a substrate to the upper part of the first chamber; (b) positioning the semiconductor light-emitting elements into previously configured locations on the substrate using electric and magnetic fields; (c) positioning a liquid spray module having a nozzle hole inside a second chamber filled with a fluid, and transporting the substrate, on which the semiconductor light-emitting elements are assembled, to the upper part of the second chamber; (d) aligning the liquid spray module so that the nozzle hole thereof is directed toward an area that does not correspond to a previously configured area; and (e) spraying the substrate with the liquid continuously while moving the liquid spray module.
