Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first step of applying a first solution (8) to a substrate (1); a second step of irradiating at least a portion of the first solution (8) applied to the substrate (1) with first ultraviolet light (9); and a third step of forming a first quantum dot layer (4a) by applying a solution (12) including a halogenated first quantum dot (7a) to the portion irradiated with the first ultraviolet light (9) in the second step.
