Abstract:

A method for producing an electrochemical active material includes the following steps of (1) pulverizing and mixing ferric salt, lithium salt and phosphor salt compounds in a vibrating ball mill in the molar ratio of 1:1:1, and circulating the above operation; and (2) after the uniformly mixing process in the step (1), moving the mixture into a ball mill rotary furnace and sintering in inert atmosphere. The method provides an electrochemical active material with excellent performance, low energy consumption, short reaction time, and at the same time carbon-less processing technique can be used to increase the purity of the material and reduce the exhaust of carbon dioxide, which is environmentally friendly.
