Abstract:
To provide: a method for producing an electrode composite body, by which an electrode composite body is able to be efficiently produced by shortening the time for the thermal history of a heat treatment; and a method for manufacturing a lithium ion battery.
A method for producing an electrode composite body 111 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step wherein a molded body containing an active material, which serves as a composite body 111P, is formed; a second step wherein the composite body 111P is immersed in a melt 114M of a solid electrolyte in a first atmosphere, thereby impregnating voids within the composite body 111P with the melt 114M; and a third step wherein the composite body 111P impregnated with the melt 114M is moved into a second atmosphere that is at a temperature lower than the temperature of the first atmosphere and cooled therein, thereby complexing the composite body 111P and the solid electrolyte with each other.
