Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING EXOGENOUS PROTEIN BY USING ESCHERICHIA COLI
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/200784
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an exogenous protein in a culture solution by means of Escherichia coli, wherein the protein is secreted in the culture solution and can be purified directly from a culture supernatant without applying a load to a post-treatment process after culturing, by suppressing an increase in the viscosity of the culture supernatant. The present invention relates to a method for producing an exogenous protein, wherein Escherichia coli including a gene encoding a peptidoglycan-binding lipoprotein (Pal) having a partial mutation and a gene encoding an exogenous protein is cultured, and said exogenous protein is secreted in the culture supernatant.
