Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a fermented beer-like sparkling beverage, the method involving fermenting, in a fermenter, a fermentation raw material liquid to which yeast has been added, wherein the fermentation raw material liquid aerated after removal of the cold break in a flotation tank is injected into the fermenter divided over n instances (where n is an integer of 2 or higher), and yeast is added to the fermentation raw material liquid injected into the fermenter from the first to the (n-1)th instance.
