Abstract:
A method for producing a fluorinated compound wherein a section for introducing fluorine, a section for introducing a raw material compound to be fluorinated, a fluorination region and a section for discharging a fluorinated compound are connected with a circulating circuit in which an inert liquid are flowing in one direction, and a fluorination is effected by introducing the raw material compound and fluorine into an inert liquid in said circuit, characterized in that fluorine is introduced into the flow of an inert liquid containing substantially no raw material compound. The method allows the continuous production of a fluorinated compound with improved efficiency, with the suppression of an undesired side reaction.
