Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of crude benzene refinement, and provided is a method for producing a high boiling point solvent oil byproduct in crude benzene refinement. The method comprises the following steps: first, crude benzene is preheated and enters into a pre-distillation column, and a low boiling point compound and heavy benzene are remove; a hydrofining reaction is carried out, a refined material is fed into two distillation columns, and high-purity benzene, high-purity toluene, xylene, and a high boiling point solvent oil byproduct are produced. By means of optimizing the temperature at the bottom of the pre-distillation column, xylene is extracted from a side route of a toluene column and a high boiling point solvent oil byproduct is produced from the bottom of the column while ensuring that the yield and quality of benzene, toluene, and xylene are not reduced; also, the present invention has advantages such as being procedurally simple, having stable operations, lower production costs, a good aromatic hydrocarbon recovery rate, and no need for additional separation apparatuses such as distillation columns, and increases the economic benefits and societal benefits of an enterprise.
