Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing an integrated optical film. The method for producing an integrated optical film includes: (a) a step of coating a resin onto a first mold that has a pattern; (b) a step of covering an upper surface of the resin coated onto the first mold with a base layer; (c) a step of forming a temporarily cured first layer by projecting light onto the resin covered with the base layer; (d) a step of coating a resin onto a second mold that has a pattern; (e) a step of forming a temporarily cured second layer by applying pressure to and flattening an upper surface of the resin coated onto the second mold with a releasing roll and projecting light onto the resin coated onto the second mold; (f) a step of stacking the first layer and the base layer on the second layer; and (g) a step of forming a double-layered optical film by integrating the second layer, the first layer and the base layer with each other through optical projection and separating the second mold.
