Abstract:
A method for producing an ion-exchange membrane by curing a composition containing (A) a monofunctional polymerizable compound represented by general formula (1), (B) a polyfunctional polymerizable compound represented by general formula (2), (C) a solvent, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, by energy ray irradiation; wherein the (C) solvent contains water and a water-soluble solvent, the content of the (C) solvent is 50 mass% or less relative to 100 mass% of the composition, and the content of water in the (C) solvent is from 1 mass% to 3 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the composition. In general formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or methyl group. Y represents a leaving group, and m represents an integer of 1-10. In general formula (2), R2 represents a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and L represents a divalent linking group.
