Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING IRON FULVATE MATERIAL CONTAINING SOLUBLE SILICA
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/038596
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing an iron fulvate material containing soluble silica in a steady manner and at low cost. According to the production method of the present invention, an iron fulvate material containing soluble silica can be produced in a steady manner and at low cost by mixing a fermentation treatment product, which is a product produced by fermenting and sterilizing organic waste and in which fulvic acid is generated, with a liquid substance comprising silica iron, thereby causing a chelate reaction between fulvic acid generated in the process of fermentation and sterilization of the organic waste during an aging treatment and an iron component derived from the silica iron. The organic waste is a paper sludge and/or wood chips. The substance comprising silica iron is mixed with the organic waste in an amount of 50 to 7000 mg relative to 1 kg of the organic waste, and the resultant mixture is then aged. A bacterium belonging to the genus Bacillus may be added to the produced iron-fulvate-containing material.
