Abstract:
This production device (30) includes: an impregnated section forming means (31) that, within an elongated fibrous substrate (2), opens predetermined gaps in the lengthwise direction of the fibrous substrate (2) and causes the impregnation by an organic material, forming impregnated sections (21) extending in the widthwise direction of the fibrous substrate (2); a supply means that supplies a resin layer onto the fibrous substrate (2) in a manner so that the resin layer faces the region of the fibrous substrate (2) between the impregnated sections (21); a chamber to which the fibrous substrate (2) and the resin layer are conveyed; a conveyance means that conveys the fibrous substrate (2) and the resin layer towards the chamber along the lengthwise direction of the fibrous substrate (2); a control means that halts the driving of the conveyance means in the state of the resin layer and the region between the impregnated sections (21) of the fibrous substrate (2) being positioned within the chamber and the fibrous substrate (2) at the upstream side and downstream side in the direction of conveyance of the region between the impregnated sections (21) being exposed from the chamber; a decompression means that decompresses the chamber interior; and a heating means that heats the resin layer and the fibrous substrate (2) within the chamber, and causes the impregnation of the resin layer into the fibrous substrate (2).
