Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing, from slurry-like or liquid domesticated animal excrement, a liquid fertilizer that is rendered odorless in a very short time ranging from about one day to several weeks while suppressing the generation of foul odors. This method for producing a liquid fertilizer has: a step for preparing a livestock waste solution that contains livestock manure and has a water content of 90 wt% or greater; a step for adding fats/oils and koji mold to the livestock waste solution; and a step for aerating the livestock waste solution, to which the fats/oils and koji mold have been added, at a temperature of 15-40°C.
