Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a powder producing method for obtaining a powder that has excellent solubility with respect to sparingly soluble tyrosine and has a neutral liquidity (pH 6.0-8.5) when dissolved in water; said powder; and a powder medium containing the powder. A method for producing a mixed powder according to the present invention comprises: a dissolving step in which tyrosine and histidine are dissolved in a solvent to obtain a solution containing tyrosine and histidine; and a powdering step in which a mixed powder of tyrosine and histidine is obtained by drying said solution.
