Abstract:
A method for producing a modified biomass, said method comprising: a pulverization step of pulverizing a plant-originated biomass; a mixing step of mixing the pulverized plant-originated biomass with a solvent oil; a slurry heating step of heating a slurry produced in the mixing step; a solid/liquid separation step of carrying out the solid/liquid separation of the solvent oil from a dehydrated slurry produced in the slurry heating step; a cake heating step of heating a cake produced in the solid/liquid separation step; and an agglomeration step of agglomerating a dehydrated biomass produced in the cake heating step.
