Abstract:
For the purpose of producing modified coal from low-grade coal, water for dust prevention purposes is added to dehydrated coal that has been dehydrated to thereby adjust the water content in the water-added coal to 6 to 16% by mass, and subsequently the resultant product is agglomerated, is then oxidized slowly, and is then pulverized.
