Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a molded catalyst that is for a fixed bed oxidation reaction or a fixed bed oxidative dehydrogenation reaction and that has both sufficient mechanical strength and catalytic performance. The catalyst is produced by means of causing a catalyst powder containing a complex metal oxide having molybdenum as a required component to be supported on an inactive carrier by means of a tumbling granulation method at a relative centrifugal acceleration of 1-35 G.
