Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a molded polyurethane foam by charging a mold with an organic polyisocyanate, a polyol, a surfactant, a foaming agent and a catalyst in an equivalent ratio of NCO to OH of 0.9 to 1.4 and a free expansion density of 35g/l, wherein the foaming agent comprises a solution of 5 to 30 parts by weight of dichlorotetrafluoroethane, per 100 parts by weight of the polyol, in either the organic polyisocyanate or the polyol.
