Abstract:
The invention relates to the production of motor fuels. The inventive method consists in producing a synthetic gas with the aid of non-catalytic gas-phased oxidising conversion of natural gas by atmospheric oxygen at a temperature ranging from 800 to 1500 °C and a pressure ranging from 1 to 10 MPa. Afterwards, a catalytic conversion of synthetic gas in a reactor for synthesising dimethyl ether, the cooling of the thus obtained mixture and the separation thereof into liquid and gaseous fractions are carried out. The dimethyl ether is extracted from the liquid phase and transferred to a gasoline catalytic synthesis reactor. The gaseous phase containing non-converted components of the synthetic gas is transferred for catalytic reconversion in an additional dimethyl ether synthesis reactor without mixing it with an initial synthetic gas. Said invention makes it possible to increase the yield of dimethyl ether and thereby of benzene fractions, and to reduce costs by using atmospheric oxygen.
