Abstract:
A method for producing a negative electrode material for lithium ion secondary batteries, said method comprising: (a) a step for obtaining a mixture that contains a graphitizable aggregate and a graphitizable binder; (b) a step for obtaining a molded material having a density of 1.3 g/cm3 or less by molding the mixture; (c) a step for obtaining a graphitized material by graphitizing the molded material; and (d) a step for obtaining a ground material by grinding the graphitized material.
