Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE, BIOMATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BIOMATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/085554
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a nucleic acid molecule whereby a nucleic acid molecule, which binds to a target without inhibiting the function of the target, can be acquired. The method according to the preset invention, which is characterized by comprising the following steps (A) and (B), is for producing a nucleic acid molecule which binds to a first biomolecule and does not inhibit the function of the first biomolecule. (A) A step for contacting candidate nucleic acid molecules with the first biomolecule and selecting, as a first selected nucleic acid molecule, a nucleic acid molecule which binds to the first biomolecule. (B) A step for selecting the first selected nucleic acid molecule as the target nucleic acid molecule.
