Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing an insert used for an organ-on-a-chip structure, a method for producing an organ-on-a-chip structure, and an insert cell culture plate, and to a method for producing an insert by using an insert cell culture plate which enables easy culture of epithelial cells and endothelial cells on either side, respectively, of a porous membrane, and to a method for producing an organ-on-a-chip simulating an organ, by using the insert produced as such and by comprising an upper fluid channel flow velocity control part capable of controlling the cross-sectional area of an upper fluid channel on the endothelial cell side.
