Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing organic fluorine compounds that enables the thorough removal of sulfur-containing substances, or to provide an organic fluorine compound-containing composition that has a low content of sulfur-containing substances. The present disclosure relates, inter alia, to a method for producing an organic fluorine compound (pf), wherein the production method comprises:
[A] a reaction step A for fluorinating an organic sulfur compound (ss) using a fluorinating agent to obtain an organic fluorine compound (pf)-containing composition (α); and
[B] a post-treatment step B for reacting a nucleophilic reagent with the composition (α) at a temperature of at least 40°C.
