Abstract:
A method for producing a plastic fuel tank according to the present invention has the benefit of better facilitating production of plastic-walled plastic fuel tanks produced by means of a baffle and parison (20), the method comprising: introducing an accessory (100), comprising a baffle from a baffle loading pin (21), into a cavity (3) formed by molds (1, 2); introducing a parison (200) from top of the molds (1, 2) so as to surround the accessory (100); closing pinch plates (10-1, 10-2) at the bottom of left and right molds (1, 2) toward a blowing pin (23), and then carrying out pre-blow in which air is blown into the parison (200) by means of the blowing pin (23); closing the molds (1, 2) and lowering the baffle loading pin (21); closing pinch slide cores (7-1, 7-2) attached to the bottom of left and right molds (1, 2) toward the lower portion of the parison (200) that has come out of the molds (1, 2) and releasing a baffle loading part (20) by pushing the baffle loading pin (21) downward by means of a slip thereof using a sloped plate (21a); carrying out final-blow in which air is again blown into the parison (200) by means of a final blowing pin (30); and ejecting the parison (200) from the molds (1, 2).
