Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane coated glove and, more specifically, to a method for producing a polyurethane coated glove which can fundamentally block toxicity resulting from residual dimethylformamide (DMF) of conventional polyurethane coated gloves, minimize harmfulness resulting from organic solvents, and easily control the mixing ratio of a coating agent depending on the working environments. The method comprises: forming a polyurethane coating liquid base by mixing 25-35 wt% of polyurethane resin with 65-75 wt% of dimethylacetamide (DMAC) or dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) using a stirrer (10) at 60-100℃; forming a coating agent by mixing, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane coating liquid base, 140-190 parts by weight of the dimethylacetamide (DMAC) or dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), 1-5 parts by weight of surfactant and 0.5-3 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent using a blender (20) at 20-40℃; dipping a glove (1) in a dipping tank (30) provided with the coating agent; soaking the glove (1) in a coagulation tank (40) filled with 20-40℃ water so as to coagulate a coating layer (5) applied on the glove (1); and washing the glove (1), in stages, in a washing tank (50) with 60-65℃ hot water to thereby elute a solvent contained in the coating layer (5).
