Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing powder particles having an average particle
size of submicron order. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing powder
particles wherein powder particles are obtained by pulverizing an object material
by using a plurality of grinding media. In this method for producing powder particles,
there are used grinding media containing at least one kind of grinding medium
A having an average particle size of 0.01-5 times the average particle size of
the object material before pulverization, and at least one kind of grinding medium
B having an average particle size of 10-450 times the average particle size of
the object material before pulverization.
