Abstract:

A method for producing a sheet, said method comprising: a sheet formation step wherein a master sheet is formed on a smooth surface of a first film with use of a resin composition that contains a resin and a filler, and an arbitrary shape is subsequently punched out from the master sheet and unnecessary portions thereof are removed, thereby forming an adhesive sheet; a take-up step wherein a moving plate, on which a transfer belt is circumferentially provided, is fed between the adhesive sheet and the first film, so that the adhesive sheet is taken up onto the moving plate by the intermediary of the transfer belt; and an arrangement step wherein the adhesive sheet taken up onto the moving plate is arranged on a rough surface of a second film by returning the moving plate. In the take-up step, the moving plate is fed, while sending the transfer belt to the main surface side of the moving plate from the back surface side of the moving plate; and in the arrangement step, the moving plate is returned, while sending back the transfer belt to the back surface side of the moving plate from the main surface side of the moving plate.
