Abstract:
A method for producing a target product from biomass waste, comprising the following steps: (A) putting bacteria A into a first culture medium made from biomass waste and performing degrading fermentation, the bacteria A being organic matter degrading bacteria, inactivating the materials after the reaction, and performing separation to obtain cell debris of the bacteria; and (B) using as a second culture medium the cell debris obtained in the step (A), putting transgenic bacteria B into the second culture medium to carry out heterologous gene expression, and performing separation to obtain a target product.
