Abstract:
A method for producing tris(1,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate. Specifically, using phosphorus oxychloride and 1,3-dichloropropanol as reaction materials, and continuously injected into a 1 to 3-stage packed reaction tower for catalyzed esterification, the esterified product generated by the reaction is subjected to alkaline washing, water washing, and distillation to obtain tris(1,3-dichloropropyl)phosphonate, and the hydrogen chloride gas generated by the reaction enters a negative pressure absorption device through a gas outlet at the top of the reaction tower. The filler at each stage of the reaction tower is a catalyst that is selected from solid super acids or strong acid cationic resins, and the reaction tower filler is immersed in the raw material 1,3-dichloropropanol before the reaction.
