Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a water-in-oil type oil or fat composition having such a good structure, texture and flavor that cannot be achieved by conventional products. A water-in-oil type oil or fat composition having such a good structure, texture and flavor that cannot be achieved by conventional products is produced by mixing an oil phase with a water phase, each phase having been prepared by using definite materials at a predetermined compounding ratio, mixing a predetermined volume of a gas therewith, and further mixing a flavor material therewith.
