Abstract:
Disclosed is a method which can produce a stable, high-quality liposome preparation that is hardly susceptible to lipid degradation in a simple manner, which can reduce the time required for the medium- or large-scale production of the liposome preparation to a large extent, which can reduce the cost to a large extent, and which can achieve the introduction of an equal amount of a medicinal substance in the liposome preparation. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a liposome preparation by employing a remote loading technique, which comprises a medicinal substance introduction step for heating a mixed solution of a suspension of a liposome that has been prepared previously and the medicinal substance by using a rapidly heating means at a temperature equal to or higher than the membrane phase transition temperature of the liposome and equal to or lower than 80˚C to introduce the medicinal substance into the liposome.
