Disclosed is a method performed by a computing device for providing a digital treatment for rehabilitation of a respiratory disease patient according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method may comprise the steps of: obtaining first step information, first movement information, and first biometric information measured during a first time; calculating first gait information related to a gait ability of a user on the basis of the first step information, the first movement information, and the first biometric information; providing a first exercise program determined on the basis of the first gait information; obtaining performance information related to a result of performing the first exercise program by the user; and providing a second exercise program determined on the basis of the performance information.
