Abstract:

Provided is a method for providing exercise load information for a target entity. The method comprises: acquiring a target data set for a target entity during a target workout session comprising a plurality of time units, wherein the target data set includes a sequence of kinematic information of the target entity for each of the plurality of time units; and determining an estimated load index for the target entity from the target data set by using an artificial neural network, wherein the estimated load index reflects the exercise load of the target workout session.
