Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for providing information on depression diagnosis using a rate of catecholamine-O-methyl transferase (COMT) gene methylation. The present invention contributes to neurophysiological evidence for stress-associated variation of dopaminergic neurotransmitters and can provide information on depression diagnosis.
