Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology for providing a video streaming service, wherein a method for providing the video streaming service using a mobile device comprises the steps of: periodically transmitting, to a first server, position and movement path information of the mobile device; receiving, from the first server, bitrate per position information predicted along the movement path of the mobile device; determining the bit rate of the current position of the mobile device based on the bit rate per position information of the mobile device which is predicted; and requesting, from a second server, transmission of a video segment based on the bit rate.
