Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for purifying a leachate from ternary lithium battery recovery, the method comprising the following steps: (1) subjecting a leachate from ternary lithium battery recovery to primary heating, adjusting the pH to 5.0-6.5, subjecting same to primary filtration to remove iron-aluminum slag, then adding a reducing agent, controlling the pH to be acidic, subjecting same to secondary heating and secondary filtration to remove copper slag, then adding a precipitant, subjecting same to tertiary filtration to obtain calcium-magnesium-lithium slag, adding an extracting agent to the filtrate, which is obtained after three filtrations, for extraction, leaving same to stand, then separating same to obtain an extracted organic phase and a raffinate, and adding a back-extractant to the extracted organic phase for back extraction, so as to obtain a nickel-cobalt-manganese-containing solution; (2) adding a soluble phosphate to the raffinate, and then subjecting same to solid-liquid separation to obtain lithium-containing waste residues; and (3) mixing the lithium-containing waste residues with the calcium-magnesium-lithium slag, and then adding the mixture to a soluble chloride solution for reaction, so as to obtain a lithium chloride solution. The purification method can improve the copper removal efficiency of a leachate, effectively remove calcium and magnesium impurities, and increase the recovery rate of lithium.
