Abstract:
A method for quantitatively detecting the content of proteins in an alginate material by using a bicinchoninic acid. Under an alkaline condition, a protein content-absorbance detection standard curve is drawn at a micro interval by using a protein standard substance, and then the content of proteins in an alginate material is quantitatively detected according to the standard curve.
