Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a method by which a terminal for supporting communication related to reduced capability (RedCap) transmits a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method comprises: receiving one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs); acquiring a random access channel (RACH) occasion to which the first SSB from among the one or more SSBs is mapped; acquiring an initial uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) on the basis of the RACH occasion; and transmitting the PRACH preamble on the basis of the RACH occasion and the initial UL BWP.
