Abstract:
A method for rapidly monitoring and determining the drought condition of summer corn on the basis of chlorophyll content by using an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: 1) calculating vegetation indexes, i.e. an NDVI, an SAVI and an RENDVI, by means of a multi-spectral image acquired by using unmanned aerial vehicle multi-load low-altitude remote-sensing technology, and chlorophyll content actually measured on the ground; 2) selecting the vegetation indexes to respectively construct, with the actually measured chlorophyll content, regression equations in different growth periods, selecting, from among the regression equations, the regression equation having the highest correlation in each growth period, and using the selected regression equation as an optimal model equation in the growth period; 3) according to the optimal model equation, performing inversion to obtain the chlorophyll content in each growth period, and calibrating chlorophyll-content threshold values between different drought levels; and 4) obtaining, by means of real-time monitoring, a multi-spectral image of a plot to be subjected to measurement, calculating a required vegetation index, performing inversion to obtain the chlorophyll content, and comparing the chlorophyll content with the threshold values to determine a real-time drought condition level. The method is used for monitoring and determining the drought condition of summer corn, and has high precision, high speed, and universality.
