Abstract:
The invention relates to systems for rationing the consumption of pneumatically transported powder materials having different flowability to a consumption area at different environmental pressures. The inventive method for rationing a powder material consumption in a transport line consists in vibrating said powder material, supplying a suspension to said transport line through a spray nozzle and in controlling the powder material consumption by modifying a transporting gas pressure in a filled container and/or by modifying the open flow area of the spray nozzle. The inventive powder material feeder comprises a transport line which is connected to an output hole, a channel provided with a second check valve connecting pipe for supplying gas with the transport line, a filling screen which form an aeration area in the bottom part of the filled container provided with the output hole, a second pipe for supplying gas to the powder material aeration area, a body provided with holes separating the aeration area from the top part of the filled container provided with a filling orifice, a vibrator arranged in the bottom part thereof and a movable unit for fixing the top part of the body.
