Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for realizing visual IVR and a system therefor. The method comprises a mobile terminal requesting a voice service from a telecommunication service server by dialling a telephone number, and requesting an IVR server to display the voice content of a current corresponding telephone number at the same time; the IVR server sending response information to an IVR module on the mobile terminal, and the IVR module displaying, after receiving the information, a current voice content text and UI on the mobile terminal; according to the displayed content, clicking on a corresponding UI button in the IVR module; the IVR module sending a DTMF signal to the telecommunication service server via a telecommunication network channel, and the telecommunication service server playing back corresponding sound according to the received DTMF signal; and repeatedly sending a voice request until a required service destination is reached or a hang-up signal is received, and displaying voice playback content on an operation interface of the IVR module of the mobile terminal. Synchronization of display and voice playback on an IVR module of a mobile terminal can effectively improve the user experience.
