The present invention relates to a method for calculating an injection dosage of a drug for treating a sleep disorder, and to a recording medium. A method for calculating an injection dosage of a drug for treating a sleep disorder, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: collecting sleep state information of a user measured by a wearable device ; determining the sleep quality of the user on the basis of the sleep state information of the user; determining an injection dosage, injection frequency, and injection timing of a drug on the basis of the type and tolerance limit of the drug to be administered to the user, and the sleep quality of the user; and transmitting the determined injection dosage, injection frequency, and injection timing of the drug to a drug injection device.
