Abstract:
A method for electrolytic recovery of Au from a used Au-containing iodine etching solution and regenerating said etching solution characterized in that: the electric potential of the negative electrode is set to be -0.75 V to -0.95 V (reference electrode: Ag/AgCl); and the ratio of the positive electrode current density to the negative electrode current density is set to be 3-50 (exclusive of 3). The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method (a method for recovering Au and regenerating said iodine etching solution) for stably and efficiently processing a used iodine etching liquid without performing strict pH control.
