Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for recycling a secondary battery material from a waste battery material comprising a metal oxide composed of various types of metals, and the method may comprise the steps of: a) providing a waste battery material, which is black powder recovered from a waste battery or is a waste positive electrode material generated in a battery manufacturing process; b) mixing the waste battery material with a sulfur compound, which is a reducing agent, and roasting the waste battery material to generate a heating element; and c) mixing and stirring the heating element and water to form a heating element aqueous solution, and separating, into liquid and solids, the heating element aqueous solution to form a first recycled metal mixture and a first metal mixture aqueous solution.
