Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for regulating and controlling the binding power of deposited calcite induced by microorganisms. The present invention falls within the field of substrate performance regulation and control. The method comprises the following steps: culturing spores of Bacillus mucilaginosus, photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus alcalophilus and Bacillus pasteurii to obtain bacterial solutions of Bacillus mucilaginosus, photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus alcalophilus and Bacillus pasteurii; adjusting the pH values of the bacterial solutions; obtaining concentrated bacterial solutions of Bacillus mucilaginosus, photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus alcalophilus and Bacillus pasteurii; adding calcium sources to the obtained concentrated bacterial solutions of Bacillus mucilaginosus, photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus alcalophilus and Bacillus pasteurii, and leaving same to stand until precipitates are produced; and after the precipitates are produced, washing, filtering and drying the precipitate, and analyzing the adhesive force after drying to a constant weight, and thereby achieving the regulation and control over the binding power of the calcite. The formed mineral in the present invention has a significant effect in terms of mineral stabilizing properties, does not produce secondary pollution, and is good in ecological compatibility. During the process, carbon dioxide can be effectively captured and utilized to reduce the greenhouse effect.
