Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of bio-based material preparation and relates to a method for regulating the physicochemical properties of wheat straw waste residue pellet fuel by biological enzyme pretreatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out biological enzyme pretreatment on wheat residue and performing drying to obtain wheat residue subjected to enzyme pretreatment; and uniformly mixing the wheat residue subjected to enzyme pretreatment with a pulp-making waste liquid, heating, and carrying out compression shaping to obtain the pellets. The preparation method is simple, convenient in operation, highly practical, and highly environmentally friendly, the physicochemical properties of wheat residue-based pellet fuel can be improved, and difficulties in high-value utilization of solid waste and liquid waste in existing pulp-making processes are resolved.
