Abstract:
A method for removing free fatty acids from a Ganoderma spore powder, the method comprising the following steps: carrying out wall-breaking and granulation on the Ganoderma spore powder; adding same into an extraction kettle of a supercritical CO 2 extraction device, with an extraction pressure of 12-25 MPa, an extraction temperature of 35-55ºC, and a flow of CO 2 of 50-90 L/h; controlling the pressure of a separation kettle I to be 7-12 MPa and the temperature to be 35-55ºC; controlling the pressure of a separation kettle II to be 4-6 MPa and the temperature to be 25-45ºC; carrying out extraction, with an extraction time of 0.5-3 h; and taking out an extract after extraction is completed.
