Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for removing N-terminal truncated and abnormal variants in rhNGF, characterized by: 1) first, washing, by means of a cleaning liquid, a rhNGF raw material loaded onto a cation exchange material to obtain a raw material from which N-terminal truncated and abnormal variants are removed, wherein the cleaning liquid is a cleaning buffer having a higher conductivity than the raw material; and 2) performing, using an elution buffer having a higher conductivity than the cleaning liquid in step 1), a cation exchange chromatography elution step on the raw material washed in step 1), collecting the eluate, and obtaining a pure rhNGF product therefrom.
