Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for repairing an acrylate polymer material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) coating a repair compound or a solution containing the repair compound on the surface of an acrylate polymer material to be repaired; and/or (2) soaking said acrylate polymer material with the solution containing the repair compound, the repair compound being composed of one or more cationic salts, wherein at least one cationic salt is a divalent cation salt or a cationic salt having a valence greater than 2. The repairing method of the present invention has a good repairing effect on an acrylate polymer material that has undergone a strong acid environment, a strong alkali environment, a high salt content environment, etc., and the mechanical properties and chemical properties of the repaired acrylate polymer material can be recovered to the levels before degradation. The method has a simple and convenient process, is friendly and safe for the environment and the human body, and can be applied to material repair in electronic devices, mechanical equipment, building engineering, or waterproof engineering.
