Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a method for reporting channel quality information, and a method and device for multi-user scheduling, the method for reporting channel quality information comprising: a network device sending K reference signals to a terminal device by means of at least two antenna ports, K >1; the network device receiving channel quality information of M first reference signals reported by the terminal device and channel quality information of a second reference signal(s) corresponding to at least one first reference signal among the M first reference signals. In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to reporting the channel quality information of an optimal reference signal, the terminal device also reports the channel quality information of a reference signal belonging to a different antenna port from the antenna port to which the optimal reference signal belongs. The terminal device is only required to report the channel quality information of some of the reference signals, the terminal device thus occupying less reporting resources, thereby avoiding the problem of low system throughput caused by the terminal device occupying an excessive amount of reporting resources.
